LB-ampicillin agar plates

Ampicillin, filter-sterilized (10 mg/mL stock)

LB agar

Autoclave 1 L of LB agar. Cool to 55°C. Add 10 mL of ampicillin stock. Pour into Petri dishes (~25 mL per 100-mm plate).
