0.4 mM EDTA

20% (v/v) glycerol

4 mM MgCl₂

500 mM NaCl

20 mM Tris-Cl (pH 7.9)

Store solution for up to 24 h at 4°C.

Immediately before use, add:

20 mM β-glycerophosphate

2 μg/mL aprotinin

1 mM benzamidine hydrochloride

2 mM DTT (dithiothreitol)

4 μg/mL leupeptin

0.4 mM phenylmethylsulfonyl fluoride
