Ringer’s solution for Polypterus embryos

Reagent Quantity (for 1 L) Final concentration
NaCl 6.78 g 116 mM
KCl 0.22 g 2.9 mM
CaCl2 0.20 g 1.8 mM
HEPES 1.19 g 5 mM
Adjust the final volume to 1 L with H2O. Adjust the pH to 7.0-7.5.
