Modified phosphate-buffered saline (1X)

Reagent Quantity Final concentration
NaCl 8.175 g 140 mM
K2HPO4 1.07 g 6.1 mM
KH2PO4 0.47 g 3.9 mM
Adjust the final volume to 1 L with diethyl pyrocarbonate (DEPC)-treated H2O. Adjust the pH to 7, distribute into aliquots, and autoclave.
