Normal melting agarose (0.5 %)

Normal melting agarose (NMA) (Biozym)

Phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) (1X; pH 7.3)

Dissolve 150 mg NMA in 30 mL of 1X PBS in the microwave. Store at 4°C for up to 2-3 wk.
