Tricine gel buffer, with and without glycerol
0.3% (w/v) SDS (sodium dodecyl sulfate)
20% (v/v) glycerol (optional)
Dissolve the Tris first. Add the SDS. (For separating gels, add glycerol). Adjust the pH to 8.45 with HCl. Adjust to the final volume.
