Protease inhibitor cocktail for ChIP (1000X)

Leupeptin (10 mg/mL)

Chymostatin (10 mg/mL)

Pepstatin A (10 mg/mL)

Antipain (5 mg/mL)

To prepare 1000X stock solution, dissolve the above protease inhibitors in DMSO (dimethyl sulfoxide).
