Cover Illustration: Fluorescence image of a mouse embryonic stem cell line expressing human EphA4 that was established using the Sleeping Beauty transposon system. Cells were grown in neuronal differentiation media for 4 d, fixed and labeled with a TUJ1 (neurons; green) antibody and stained with Hoescht dye (nuclei; blue).
