Blocking reagent (Roche Applied Science 11096176001) 1 g
Maleic acid buffer (5X) 5 mL
H2O 25 mL
Heat in a microwave in a 500-mL flask. When dissolved, transfer to a 50-mL tube and adjust the volume to 47.4 mL with H2O. Store at −20°C in 4.7-mL aliquots. When needed, thaw a fresh aliquot and add 250 μL of normal goat serum (NGS) and 10 μL of Tween 20.
