Reagent Amount to add (for 1 L)
NaCl 3.4 g
KCl 0.05 g
Ca(NO3)2•4H2O 0.08 g
MgSO4•7H2O 0.205 g
Tris 0.56 g
H2O to 1 L
Adjust pH to 7.4 with HCl.
