Steinberg’s solution plus antibiotics

Steinberg’s solution (100%)

20 μg/mL ceftazidime (Fortum)

1X antibiotic mix

Dilute 100X antibiotic mix (Invitrogen 15240) to 1X to achieve the following final concentrations:

  • 100 U/mL penicillin

  • 100 μg/mL streptomycin

  • 250 ng/mL amphotericin B
