EDTA (0.2 M, pH 8.0)

NaCl (50 mM)

Sarkosyl (1%, w/v)

Sodium deoxycholate (1%, w/v)

Tris-Cl (10 mM, pH 8.0)

Autoclave. Immediately before use, add:

Lysozyme (1 mg/mL)
