METHOD

• 1. Mix one volume of the KH₂PO₄ stock solution with four volumes of the Na₂HPO₄ stock solution.

• 2. Dilute two volumes of the 0.1 M K-Na phosphate buffer from Step 1 with one volume of water (i.e., to a final concentration of 67 mM).
