Array tomography subbing solution

| Dissolve the chromium potassium sulfate in 10 mL of H2O. Dissolve the gelatin in 290 mL of H2O by heating to <60°C. Cool to ~37°C. Add the chromium potassium sulfate to the cooled gelatin solution. Filter and pour into a staining tank. | ||
