Agarose, low gelling temperature (Sigma A9414)

Electroporation buffer with tricaine

Make a solution of 0.5% agarose in electroporation buffer with tricaine. Dissolve the agarose by microwaving. Place the solution in an incubator preset to 32°C and allow the temperature to equilibrate.
