X-Gal Buffer

43.5 mM sodium deoxycholic acid (monohydrate; Sigma-Aldrich)

2 mM MgCl2•6H2O (Sigma-Aldrich)

5 mM potassium ferricyanide (Sigma-Aldrich)

0.002% Nonidet P-40 (NP-40) (Roche Diagnostics)

Dilute in PBS. For sMAGI cells, adjust the pH to 9.0 with NaOH.
