DNase I for adenovirus
Prepare 100 mg of bovine pancreatic deoxyribonuclease I in 10 mL of 20 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.4), 50 mM NaCl, 1 mM dithiothreitol, 0.1 mg/mL bovine serum albumin, and 50% (v/v) glycerol. Store aliquots at –20°C.
