Mounting medium for Drosophila

Glycerol

Nitrogen gas (N₂)

p-Phenylenediamine (Sigma) (10 mg/mL, dissolved in PBS)

Mix 10 mL of p-phenylenediamine solution with 90 mL of glycerol. Dissolve p-phenylenediamine by bubbling N₂ through the glycerol solution. Store in syringes wrapped in aluminum foil at −20°C.
