BSA (MW = 67,000) 2 g 29.8 µm
2-(N-morpholino) ethanesulfonic acid (MES) (MW = 195.2) 2.13 g 0.01 mm
Sorbitol (MW = 182.17) 154.85 g 850 mm
EGTA (MW = 292.24) 0.38 g 1 mm
  • Adjust the pH to 5.8 with Tris base. Adjust the volume to 1 L with distilled water. Store in 50-mL aliquots at −20°C.
