Observation Medium

Reagent Amount to add
H2O 43.6 mL
MBS (100×), diluted to 10× 6.3 mL
Antibiotic antimycotic solution (100×) (Sigma-Aldrich A5955) 250 µL
Ethyl 3-aminobenzoate methanesulfonate (MS-222) (Sigma-Aldrich A5040) 10 mg

  • Combine first three ingredients. Add MS-222. Adjust the pH to 7.5 before filter-sterilization.
