Native Quench Buffer

Reagent Quantity (for 1 mL) Final concentration
HEPES–KOH (1 m, pH 7.4)  50 µL  50 mm
MgOAc (1 m)   2 µL   2 mm
Total yeast or other RNA (10 mg/mL)  200 µL  2 mg/mL
H2O  to 1 mL
Store at −20°C.
