MgCl2 (1 m) 100 μL 100 mm
Tris (1 m, pH 7.5) 100 μL 100 mm
Dithiothreitol (DTT) (1 m)  10 μL  10 mm
H2O 690 μL
Store for up to 1 yr at −20°C.
