Reagent Quantity (for 100 mL) Final concentration
Tris–HCl (1 m, pH 7.9)    2 mL  20 mm
Glycerol (ultrapure, 50%, v/v)    50 mL 25% (v/v)
MgCl2 (1 m)  0.15 mL  1.5 mm
EDTA (0.5 m, pH 8.0)  0.04 mL  0.2 mm
KCl (3 m)   40 mL  1.2 m
H2O  to 100 mL
Store at 4°C.
