Krebs-Ringer Modified Buffer (KRB)

Reagent Final concentration
NaCl 135 mm
KCl  5 mm
MgSO4  1 mm
K2HPO4  0.4 mm
Glucose  5.5 mm
HEPES  20 mm
Adjust the pH to 7.4. Most experiments are performed in buffer supplemented with 1 mm CaCl2.
