Binding Medium for Phagosomes
90 mL ddH2O
1 mL RPMI medium (10×)
1 mL BSA (20% [w/v])
1 mL HEPES (pH 8.0)
Combine the above ingredients, adjust the pH to 7.4 with NaOH, and then add ddH2O to a final volume of 100 mL.
