Riboprobe Synthesis Buffer

Reagent Amount for One Reaction
Digoxigenin (DIG) RNA Labeling Mix (10×; Roche 11277073910) 1.0 µL
Transcription buffer (10×) 1.0 µL
Recombinant RNasin (40 U/µL; Promega) 0.5 µL
Bovine serum albumin (BSA; 20 µg/µL) 0.5 µL
Dithiothreitol (DTT; 100 mm) 0.5 µL
Thaw reagents and assemble at room temperature in the order listed. Use only solutions prepared with certified nuclease-free H2O or DEPC-treated H2O. Add DTT fresh during probe synthesis.
