TNB Blocking Solution

| Heat solution for ∼3 h to 60°C under continuous stirring. Store 49.5-mL aliquots at −20°C. On the day of use, thaw one aliquot, filter it with a 0.22-µm syringe filter, and add fresh skim milk to 1%. | ||
