M9 Buffer for Worms

• 1. Dissolve 3 g of KH₂PO₄, 6 g of Na₂HPO₄, and 5 g of NaCl in 1 L of H₂O.

• 2. Autoclave for 20 min.

• 3. Add 1 mL of 1 m MgSO₄.

• 4. Store at room temperature. After 2 wk, check for visible contamination before use.
