E3 Buffer for ChIP

Reagent Amount (for 50 mL) Final concentration
Tris–HCl (1 m, pH 8.0)  500 µL   10 mm
NaCl (5 m)    2 mL   200 mm
EDTA (0.5 m, pH 8.0)  100 µL    1 mm
EGTA (0.5 m, pH 8.0)   50 µL    0.5 mm
Sodium deoxycholate (10% [w/v])  500 µL 0.1% (w/v)
Sodium N-lauroylsarcosine (10% [w/v])  2.5 mL 0.5% (w/v)
Double-distilled water 44.35 mL     –
Store for up to several months at 4°C.
