Collagenase Solution

| Insulin | 5 µg/mL |
| Trypsin | 2 mg/mL |
| Collagenase | 2 mg/mL |
| Combine reagents and shake at 37°C until collagenase is dissolved (∼15 min). Filter sterilize through a 0.2-µm filter. Store at 4°C for up to 1 mo. | |
