PBST for HCR
1× phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) for HCR (DEPC-treated; pH 7.4)
1% Tween 20
Add 10 mL of Tween 20 (Bio-Rad 170-6531) and 100 mL of 10× PBS to 890 mL of ultrapure distilled H2O (Invitrogen 10977-023). Filter the solution through a 0.2-μm filter and store it at 4°C until use.
