Intestinal Epithelial Stem Cell Medium

10 mm HEPES

1× penicillin-streptomycin

1× Glutamax

1× N2 supplement (Life Technologies 17502-048)

1× B27 supplement (Life Technologies 17504-044)

Prepare in advanced DMEM/F12 (Life Technologies 12634-028). If required, add 10 µm Y-27632 (Sigma-Aldrich Y0503) just before use. The addition of 1.25 mm N-acetyl-cysteine is optional.
