SD Medium
17% (w/v) yeast nitrogen base
0.5% ammonium sulfate
0.1% yeast extract
0.3% dextrose
2 mg/mL each of adenine, histidine, tryptophan, and uracil
3 mg/mL each of lysine and leucine
Adjust to pH 6 at room temperature with KOH.
