Noble agar (purified agar; Bioshop)   4% (w/v)
Glucose solution (sterile)   2% (w/v)
Amino acid mix (10×), without lysine or methionine     1×
Nourseothricin (Jena Bioscience) 100 µg/mL
Hygromycin B (Wisent Bioproducts) 250 µg/mL
