PBS-MK (10×)

Reagent Final concentration (10×)
Na2HPO4 (pH 7.4)    100 mm
KH2PO4    18 mm
NaCl as appropriate
MgCl2    10 mm
KCl    25 mm
Sterilize 10× PBS-MK containing the appropriate concentration of NaCl using a disposable 0.22-µm vacuum filtration system in a tissue-culture hood and store at room temperature. When required, dilute to 1× in distilled water.
