50 mm HEPES-KOH (pH 7.5)
500 mm NaCl
1% Triton
1 mm EDTA
0.1% (w/v) Sodium deoxycholate
Combine components and filter-sterilize. (This buffer can be stably stored for many months at room temperature.)
