Laemmli Loading Buffer (5×, pH 6.8)

  • 2.5 mL 2 m Tris-HCL (pH 6.8)

  • 2 g sodium dodecyl sulfate

  • 100 mg bromophenol blue

  • 10 mL glycerol

  • 1.542 g DTT

Add up to 20 mL of dH2O. Generate 100-μL aliquots of the buffer, and store them at −20°C for up to 3 mo.
