PBS for Caspase-8 IP (10×, pH 7.4)

• 64.8 mm Na₂HPO₄

• 1.37 m NaCl

• 26.9 mm KCl

• 14.7 mm KHPO₄

Adjust the pH to 7.4 with HCl. Sterilize by autoclaving. Store the solution at room temperature, and dilute to 1× when required.
