Cell Layer Media for Colony-Forming Assay
| Cell culture medium (2×) | 20 mL |
| Cell culture medium (1×) | 50 mL |
| Fetal bovine serum (FBS) | 9 mL |
| Glutamine (200 mm) | 1 mL |
| Prepare fresh 1× and 2× cell culture media appropriate for the cell line of interest using a powdered medium (e.g., Life Technologies 3180089) and filter-sterilize. Then add FBS and glutamine. Prepare sufficient volume for the number of samples to be assayed. | |
