PK Buffer (1×)/Urea (7 m)

Reagent Quantity (for 10 mL) Final concentration
Tris-HCl (1 m, pH 7.5)   1 mL 100 mm
NaCl (5.0 m) 0.1 mL  50 mm
EDTA (0.5 m, pH 8.0) 0.2 mL  10 mm
Urea   4.2 g   7 m
Make up to 10 mL with water. This buffer must be made fresh each time.
