Spheroplasting buffer 1910 µL
Zymolyase 20T (20 mg/mL)  40 µL
Lysing enzyme (Sigma-Aldrich L1412; 25 mg/mL)  40 µL
β-mercaptoethanol  10 µL
Make fresh for each application.
