GV Isolation Medium

Reagent Concentration
KCl  83 mm
NaCl  17 mm
Na2HPO4 6.5 mm
KH2PO4 3.5 mm
MgCl2   1 mm
Check that the final pH is 6.9–7.0. Store at 4°C. Just before use, add DTT to 1 mm, and filter through 0.45-µm nitrocellulose.
