GV Dispersal Medium

Reagent Concentration
GV isolation medium  25%
Paraformaldehyde stock solution (20%)  0.1%
MgCl2 1.0 mm*
*Adjusted final concentration.
Adjust the final pH to 6.6–6.8 with 100 mm KH2PO4. Store at 4°C. Just before use, add DTT to 1 mm, and filter through 0.45-µm nitrocellulose.
