Incubation Buffer for ChIP-Seq
50 mm Tris-HCl (pH 8.0)
100 mm NaCl
2 mm EDTA (pH 8.0)
1% Nonidet P40 (10%)
Combine the reagents listed above. Immediately before use, cool buffer on ice and add 1 m DTT (1 mm final concentration) and protease inhibitor cocktail (PIC) (25×) (1× final concentration).
