Reagent Amount to add Final concentration
Marc's modified Ringers (MMR) (25×)  80 µL    1×
DAPI (1 mg/mL)   2 µL 1 µg/mL
Glycerol (100%)  1.2 mL   60%
Formaldehyde (37%) 0.59 mL   11%
H2O  128 µL
Prepare to a final volume of 2 mL. Store in 0.5-mL aliquots for up to a year at −20°C.
