Tadpole Anesthetic/Antibiotic Solution

Reagent Concentration
Penicillin G (Sigma-Aldrich P3032)  100 U/mL
Streptomycin (Sigma-Aldrich S1277)  100 µg/mL
Tricaine methanesulfonate (MS-222; Sigma-Aldrich A5040) 1:2000 (w:v)
Prepare fresh, just before use, in 1/20× NAM (Normal Amphibian Medium).
