| Combine the reagents listed above to prepare storage buffer. On ice, solubilize an entire bottle of deoxyribonuclease I (DNase I [Sigma-Aldrich D4527; 10,000 U]) with 1 mL of ice-cold storage buffer. Prepare 50- to 100-µL aliquots and store at −20°C. | |
