58 mm NaCl
0.67 mm KCl
0.34 mm Ca(NO3)2
0.83 mm MgSO4
3 mm HEPES
Adjust pH to 7.2. As an alternative to a 0.1× solution, prepare a 10× stock in advance and store it for up to 6 mo at 4°C.
