50 units/mL penicillin/streptomycin (Gibco 15140122)
Adjust the pH to 7.6–7.8 and filter-sterilize using a 0.22-µm filter. Store for up to 1 wk in a low-temperature incubator (12°C–23°C). If the color of the solution changes to dark red or yellow, discard it.
