High-Salt Solution (10× Stock)

280 g NaCl

7.2 g KCl

14.1 g CaCl2

9.7 g MgCl2

17.12 g HEPES

Bring to 4 L with sterile water. Adjust the pH to 7.6 with NaOH. Filter-sterilize and store at room temperature.
